Yes, at its very core, true evil fears Death above all else,

And, in attempting to escape, forces a passing on others.

For of all tonal patterns in the universe, what set Satan apart,

Was an absolute inability to imagine a form of non-existence.

Blinded by a brilliant light,

That only created horrors.

But, fear not Death, for she is merciful in her role,

Leaving body behind, pulling you into your mind,

Showing experiences you hadn't acknowledged,

So you finally understand why you needed to live.

She chooses not your time, nor sets the ages,

But she’s always with you during your passing.

For your body’s energy she doesn't try and own,

But your mind’s reoccurrence is of her weaving.

So, revere her dark beauty, for she shimmers in all thought,

And upon her glistening shroud, the brightest lights appear.
